What we store

Your weigh-ins, injection log (only what you enter), workouts, meal plans, check-ins and settings are stored on your phone. If you turn on Cloud backup they are also stored in your private GLP1 Life cloud account (Supabase, EU), visible only to you.

Health Connect

If you choose to connect them, GLP1 Life reads only your daily step count from Health Connect to show it on your Home screen. We never write to Health Connect, never read other data types, and never sell or share this data or use it for advertising. You can remove access at any time in Health Connect settings.

Camera

Camera video used for live coaching is processed on your phone and never uploaded.

Trainers

If you join with a personal trainer's code and agree to share, that trainer can view (not change) the items you chose. You can switch sharing off in Settings at any time.

Your rights

Export or delete your cloud data any time in Settings → Cloud backup. Questions or data requests: support@glp1life.co.uk.
